The Johnny Foundation is dedicated to raising awareness of depression and suicide prevention through community fundraising events, providing resources and financially supporting suicide prevention research studies of other organizations. We are committed to raising awareness through:

• The Johnny Leathers, Jr. Memorial Golf Tournament held   annually           

• Organizing members for “Team Johnny” and participating in the annual AFSP sponsored Out of the Darkness Walks.

• Networking with fellow survivors




• Sharing resources




• Providing financial assistance for counseling services through a local counseling office
